Exhibitions and Trade Shows at the Corn Exchange

Edinburgh Corn Exchange is a vast and completely adaptable venue for all your exhibition needs. Large uninterrupted spaces suit any type of exhibition with our smaller spaces ideal for presentations or sponsor rooms.

From Art Fairs to Fashion shows you can spread your exhibition over 2,500 square metres of space and be provided with three phase electricity, phone lines, wifi and easy load in access.

Additional space is also available for relaxed café style catering , production areas or even just to make crowd managing easier.

Where is the nearest hotel?

Can you recommend an AV supplier?

Our preferred partner is MCL and we would always recommend them as first point of call. Contact number is 0131 314 0650 or visit the MCL website for AV solutions.

Do you have Wi-Fi?

Yes we do and it is free to use in the venue.

Are children allowed at functions?

Yes we have a family license so children are allowed at private events.

Is there car parking available on site?

Yes we have over 300 car parking spaces that are free of charge. There are also no on street restrictions in the area so parking is generally easy.

How do I confirm a booking?

To confirm at the venue please let us know you would like to go ahead. We will then issue a contract for you to sign and return within two weeks of this date. A deposit will also be payable within two weeks and will be sent with the contract.

Can I provisionally book a date at the Corn Exchange?

Yes we are always happy to provisionally hold space at the venue while you make decisions. Generally this will be for a week or two but this can vary on occasion.
